The RLSS UK offer the opportunity for members of the Public of all ages to undertake training in Lifesaving, Life Support and Lifeguard programmes. Combining Fitness, Fun, Knowledge, skill and Judgment enabling those undertaking training to be able to deal with Emergency Situations.

The Awards programmes cover a wide range of proficiency from basic skills to National industry recognised professional standards.
